Create a new entry and insert it into the
bibliography. You can append it to the end of the file, or insert it at
any arbitrary point. Starting from ver. 1.4, you can also instruct BibDB
to automatically insert your new entries in the proper place in a sorted
bibliography. Add is disabled while in link mode. Note that if automatic
support of sorted databases is on, the ``sorted" option is implicitly chosen,
and the menu of insertion point choices does not appear.
